Linda Oliņa has obtained a Master of Social Sciences Degree in Business Administration from the University of Latvia. She started her career at Latvijas Banka in 2016. Currently, her professional duties comprise the analysis of the fiscal sector indicators and the general government budget policy. 

Before that, Linda Oliņa worked at the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Latvia, where she performed analysis of the general government budget execution and developed short-term and medium-term fiscal projections for Latvia.
