Artūrs started his career at the Monetary Policy Analysis Division of the Monetary Policy Department of Latvijas Banka in 2023. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Business from the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga. His professional duties include analysing lending developments in Latvia and the euro area, managing the data obtained from the euro area bank lending survey and analysing the data included in the Credit Register.
