Emīls started working at Latvijas Banka in 2021. Erlier he worked at the Investment and Development Agency of Latvia, where he worked in the field of start-up support, actively participating in the development of FinTech companies and innovations. Joining the team of Latvijas Banka, actively participates in the development of instant payments and innovative payment infrastructure and services. He received his education at the Faculty of Business, Management and Economics of the University of Latvia.
