Elīna joined the Latvijas Banka team in 2021 and now she coordinates issues related to the current affairs of the European Union on a daily basis. Prior to that, she gained experience at the European Central Bank and the European Union Delegation in Vietnam. Elīna holds a master's degree in international economic law from the University of Warwick in England.
